Bracelet and earring set made of Japanese 10, 20, and 50 sen coins. The vintage and antique silver coins are struck with elaborate designs including dragons, phoenix, chrysanthemums, and cherry blossoms. The bracelet is composed of six coins, each linked by two silver rings, and finished with a slide clasp and safety chain. Each earring features three small coins dangling from a larger coin top. The earrings are screw backs, intended for unpierced ears. The sen coins date from 1873 to 1938, and they were removed from circulation in 1945. Circa 1950.
Details.....The bracelet measures 7.25" long and 0.86" wide. The earrings measure 1.75" long, the tops measure 0.79", and the dangles are 0.70" wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces; we consider it part of the charm.
